Would you be interested in learning about an exciting option for replacing missing teeth? If so, we recommend considering All-on-4 implants. While you may know about traditional braces, we recommend considering all your options.
Unlike traditional implants, the All-on-4 system anchors your implants securely to your jaw. Much like traditional implants, this results in a comfortable smile that feels and functions like natural teeth. However, the All-on-4 system is useful because you won’t need as much bone structure for a successful treatment. In other words, those who’ve suffered from bone decay can benefit from this treatment.
The All-on-4 implant system also resembles dentures. Artificial teeth are created to fill holes in your smile, but unlike dentures, All-on-4 implants are not removable. Similarly, All-on-4 implants offer a few benefits dentures can’t. For instance, food will not get between these implants and your teeth, will not slip, and allow for more biting force.
Of course, there are certain circumstances that make the All-on-4 system an ideal option. Specifically, our dentist may recommend All-on-4 implants if you have five or more missing teeth in one arch, have gum disease, or suffer from tooth or jaw decay.
Do you have more questions about All-on-4 implants? Would you like to know if you’re a good candidate? If so, please feel free to contact OC Advanced Periodontics at 714-795-3117. Dr. Patrick L. Huston, DDS, MSD and our team look forward to hearing from you soon!
